Gummybear International Announces Gold, Platinum, and Multi-Platinum Certifications For “I Am A Gummy Bear (The Gummy Bear Song)” Digital Single


Gummybear International, creators of the Gummibär brand and character, has announced that “I Am A Gummy Bear (The Gummy Bear Song)” has qualified for the Gold, Platinum, and Multi-Platinum (2X) Digital Single Award as certified by the Recording Industry Association of America.

Having already received Gold Sales Certification Awards in Sweden, Hungary, Spain, Poland, Russia, and Australia, the catchy dance pop single “I Am A Gummy Bear (The Gummy Bear Song) by Gummibär has now been awarded Gold, Platinum, and Multi-Platinum (2x) status as a Digital Single by the RIAA for a qualifying combined quantity of digital downloads and on-demand streams in the USA.

Jurgen Korduletsch, president of Gummybear International, states “We’re happy that the RIAA is now including on-demand digital streams toward their certification calculations. It has enabled a small entertainment startup like ours to achieve the recognition usually reserved for major companies. The double platinum award is confirmation of the immense and enduring popularity of Gummibär in the United States.”

New Animated Gummibär Video KikiRiki Makes Worldwide Debut on YouTube


Celebrate Easter Weekend with a funny new animated music video starring Gummibär – everyone’s favorite animated singing and dancing gummy bear character. Gummybear International Inc. invites you to visit Gummibär’s YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/gummybearintl to watch KikiRiki.

With more than 3 million video views each day, Gummibär is the most popular animated character on YouTube. Children, teens, and adults alike are all entertained by his upbeat music and humorous videos. His new video, KikiRiki, made its worldwide debut on YouTube earlier today. It features Gummibär singing a catchy new song, dancing in a barnyard with a group of chickens, and having an Easter egg fight with a nasty rooster.

Gummybear International, the creators of the Gummibär brand and animated gummy bear character, are giving away two Easter baskets, each filled with over $100 worth of Gummibär merchandise.

The 3rd annual Gummibär Easter Basket Giveaway has been announced. Two lucky Gummibär fans will each win a festive Gummibär themed Easter Basket filled with more than $100 worth of Gummibär merchandise and Easter goodies including a plush toy, cookie cutters, a reusable bag, a USB flash drive, a pen, a pencil, a notebook, 2 DVDs, 3 CDs, and random candy and egg surprises.

To be eligible to win this year’s Easter Basket Giveaway, Gummibär fans need to be sure to do two things. First, they must be sure to sign up for the official Gummibär Email Newsletter, if they have not done so already. A subscribe form for the newsletter can be found on http://www.gummibar.net.
